To graduate with a high school diploma from Deming Cesar Chavez Charter, students will need to complete 26 credits and also demonstrate competency for post-secondary and/or workplace readiness in five content areas: Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Sciences.
The following courses are required for graduation:
4 English Courses
4 Math Courses (one class must be equal to or greater than Algebra II)
3 Science Courses (2 must be Lab courses)
3.5 Social Sciences (United States History and Geography, World History and Geography, and Government and Economics, and .5 credit of New Mexico history)
